Use of Mulit-Purpose Court

 

  1. The courts are open from 8.00am to 10.00pm daily. (The security guards are authorised to stop play and turn off the lightings if users are in play after 10.00pm).

  2. Bookings may be made up to one (1) week in advance. Each Unit may book only 2 sessions consisting of two (2) hours of play in any one day, with a maximum of 4 sessions per week.

  3. Bookings shall be made in person by the Resident at the guardhouse between 7.00am and 10.00pm on a first-come-first-served basis.

  4. The maximum number of Guests per Unit shall not exceed four (4) persons at any one time. The Guests must be accompanied by the Resident at all times.

  5. A booking shall be deemed cancelled if the Resident is not at the court within 15 minutes of the time booked and thereafter, the court becomes available for booking for the remainder of that hour.

  6. Bookings are not transferable. To discourage frivolous bookings, Residents who fail to turn up after three bookings without making proper cancellations will be barred from the use of the tennis court for the next four (4) weeks.

  7. In event of rain, items (5) & (6) will not apply.

  8. The Resident who has made the booking shall be responsible to ensure that the court is not used for any purpose other than the game it is intended for.

  9. All users must be properly attired. Only non-marking shoes shall be allowed.

  10. No any ball games are allowed in the court

  11. No roller skates or roller blades are allowed in the court

  12. No food or drinks are allowed in the court. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

  13. Pets are not allowed or within or on the courts.

  14. No coach shall be permitted to give lessons in the Tennis Court / Squash Court without first obtaining the prior written consent from the Management. All coaches are to registered with the Management Office.

  15. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the court unless accompanied by parents or supervising adults who shall be responsible for their safety and good behaviour.

  16. The Management shall not be responsible for any mishaps, injuries or loss of property sustained by the Residents or their Guests when using the courts.

  17. These rules and regulations are subject to revision at the discretion of the Management as and when it is deemed necessary.
