Use of Barbecue Pit

 

  1. The barbecue pit may be reserved for use during the following sessions:-

    First Session

    10.00am to 3.30pm

    Second Session

    4.30pm to 10.00pm

    The fire at the BBQ must be extinguished by 10.30pm and ALL LIGHTS be SWITCHED OFF by 11.00pm.
  1. Booking of the barbecue pit may be made two (02) weeks in advance on a first-come- first-served basis. Each Unit is allowed to book up to a maximum of 14 sessions per year. Booking is also limited to 1 session per day. Cancellation of booking shall be made at least one (01) weeks before the booked date, failing which the Management reserves the right to forfeit the deposit.
  1. The maximum number of Guests per session shall not exceed twenty (20) persons.
  1. The Residents and their Guests shall ensure that the barbecue pit and its surrounding areas are properly cleaned after use. All litter, food waste, extinguished ashes, etc. must be contained in polythene bags properly tied and disposed of in the refuse containers provided.
  1. The Resident must ensure that all lighted or smouldering charcoal is extinguished before it is thrown into the refuse containers.
  1. Washing of utensils shall only be done at the washing point provided. Taps and wash basins in the changing rooms are not to be used for this purpose.
  1. Residents using the barbecue pit must restrict their activities to the pit areas.
  1. Music must be kept at a low volume. The use of radios, hi-fi equipment, musical instruments and other like equipment shall be in the manner and at the level so as not to cause disturbance or create noise nuisance to the other Residents.
  1. Residents and their guests must not create any noise that disturbs other residents. Throwing people into pools is strictly prohibited.
  1. The Management shall not be responsible for any mishaps, injuries or loss of property sustained by the Residents or their Guests when using the barbecue pit.
  1. Consumption of food and drinks by the side of the pools is not allowed.
  1. These rules and regulations are subject to revision at the discretion of the Management as and when it is deemed necessary.
